Dealing with Stress

While some people work better when stressed and under pressure – it can be a good motivator – in the long run, it’s detrimental to your health. It can lead to premature baldness (which you can solve: http://www.alaxis.sg/fue-hair-transplant-singapore/), fatigue, and illness. So here are some things you can try to relieve your stress:

  1. Regulate your caffeine. Some people need the extra push and kick that caffeine can provide, but it also stresses your heart and can make you more anxious and paranoid. So only take caffeine when you absolutely need it.
  2. Don’t be a control freak. There are things that you can take control of in your life, but there are a lot more things that you can’t. So when it comes to those things, do what you can but don’t be too hard on yourself if things don’t go your way. Most things won’t. Now, you can choose to go sit in a corner and sulk or you can choose to move on to other, more productive things. Your choice.
  3. Go for a massage. Sometimes the stress can lead to actual tension in your body, and this can cause aches and pain, making you stressed. This stress can make you more tense, and the cycle goes on. So, pamper yourself once in a while and go for a massage. You’ll feel much more relaxed and your mood will improve.
